    Ordered food with a drink on Uber. When delivered the drink wasn't there. The driver searched his car and couldn't find it. Contacted the store and they instantly denied that they had left the drink off the order. When I reiterated that I didn't receive the drink, the restaurant immediately blamed the driver and said he absolutely must have drank the drink on the way. I thought this was very wrong, and I asked if there was a possibility that the restaurant staff could have possibly missed the drink off the order. The restaurant said there was absolutely no way because their staff "Don't get things wrong." The restaurant then called me a liar for saying I never received my drink, and refused to send a drink out, which I have paid for. I thought it was very poor service that the order was incomplete, the owner called me a liar, was very quick to blame the delivery driver of stealing my drink, and refused to accept any possibility of wrong doing. The food otherwise was terrible, tasteless, cold, and seemed as though it had been sat for a long while before being sent out. Absolutely terrible restaurant. For the sake of keeping their customers returning, I would have thought they would just send a replacement drink out. Cannot stress enough, do not order from here. I never received my drink. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area which are much much better.

    Ordered the Salt and pepper box on Uber eats. When I say nothing in the box was cooked, they can’t even get the chips sorted. They’re still raw potato dipped in oil‍️ the only thing in the box that was remotely cooked was the ribs, they were absolutely cremated and inedible. We threw the lot in the bin and got a refund from Uber! Honestly Wouldn’t bother, if somewhere can’t cook chips who knows what else is going down

    Ordered crispy beef egg fried rice and hours after consuming was doubled over with stomach cramps, only way to alleviate pain was to make myself sick, haven't been to the toilet once since and am currently in a&e with a suspected bowel blockage. If I could give a zero I would and have passed the issue on to Uber and am taking it further. Avoid at all costs

    This has been our go to Chinese takeaway for over years but wow wow wow tonight's takeaway was awful. Ordered sweet and sour special and rice twice, this has always arrived separate in tubs, however tonight we received paper boxes with rice and the main togetherin each box. Next to no meat and sloppy rice as it had been sat in a paper box during delivery. Such a shame but we will going elsewhere from now on.
